  • How do I make a booking?
    After requesting your trip with us, we will start to work with you to plan your trip. When we create the trip that fits your request, we will reserve your trip by making a payment (in full or a deposit depending on the trip) and submit general traveler information (like names, addresses and dates of birth). We will guide you through each step.
  • How do I pay for my booking?
    Our agency will send you a secure payment authorization form to collect your credit or debit card information. We submit that information to our travel partners to pay for your trip.
  • Can I make payments?
    On some travel packages, that are booked in advanced, we can place a deposit to hold the reservation on the travel package. At the time of deposit, your trip's final payment date will be decided. That final payment date is firm. You can make payments up until that date.
  • How do I receive my tickets and other travel documents?
    Upon booking, you will receive your travel itinerary's specific information. The itineraries created by our agency can only be managed by our agency. When your travel time is approached, our agency prepares your travel documents and send them to you via email, mail or we can meet in person.
  • What if I need to make changes to my booking?
    If you need to make changes to your booking, contact our travel agency as soon as possible. Some changes, such as a change in travel dates, guests, flights, or destination, may incur additional fees. Your travel agent will be able to advise you on any fees and help you make the necessary changes.
  • What if I need to cancel my booking?
    If you need to cancel your booking, contact our travel agency as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel partners and the type of booking. In some cases, cancellation fees may apply. Your travel agent will be able to provide you with more information on cancellation policies and fees.
  • What if I have a problem on my trip?
    If you experience any problems while on your trip, contact our travel agency as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue or provide you with advice on what to do next. Often, the concierge or management team can address any issues onsite. Travel emergencies have a 24/7 hotline which is provided in the travel itinerary documentation.
